Fabric

Fabric for Sale at Hobby Lobby

It's always fun seeing your designs hit stores, but this time it was extra special. These two patterns were ones that I designed over 2 years ago and had put on the wall of my very first Surtex show. So I'm happy to announce that I now have fabric for sale at Hobby Lobby! Yay!!!

New Apparel at Elm Lifestyle

There's just something about seeing a design that you created turn in to reality. I don't think I'll ever tire of it! Well, in stores now are two designs from my New Again collection applied on casual womenswear including a jacket, shirtdress, tank, and t-shirt from Elm Lifestyle, known for their effortless, everyday style. The items are available at small clothing boutiques and homewares stores around Australia and New Zealand. Exciting! I wish I lived closer to these boutiques to see it all in person!

Garden of Blue Wins on Spoonflower

With the new year in full swing I decided to challenge myself creatively and have been starting to use some different techniques in my designs. I've started painting a bit and decided there's no better time than the present to enter Spoonflower's painting challenge! As it turns out, the extra work is paying off because I placed 8th out of 330 designs! It's very exciting since this is my first win at Spoonflower! The fabric is now available for sale and the lovely people at Spoonflower have provided me with some professional pictures of the fabric. It looks amazing! If you like to sew, you can order fabric by the yard or precut patterns over at Sprout Patterns. And if you're not a sewer, there's home decor items available like pillows, placemats, napkins, and even chairs (which are fabulous!) available for sale over at Roostery. Check it out!
